Lentil Burgers


1 cup of cooked black lentils
2 tsp of fennel seeds toasted
1 diced onion
1 shredded carrot
4 cloves of crushed garlic
3 tbsp white Miso,
2 tbsp raisins soaked in 2 tbsp of boiling water for 10 minutes
2 tbsp Tamari
2 tbsp ground flax
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Combine everything in a food processor and process to your desired texture. Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour before shaping into 6 or 8 burgers. Fry in a little olive oil to warm through and brown the outsides. Enjoy your lentil burgers!
