3 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of unsweetened soy milk
2½ tablespoons of maple syrup
4½ tablespoons of nut butter
1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
25g mixed nuts (chopped)
2½ cups rolled oats
50g mixed seeds (such as pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, and flaxseeds)
25 oz dark chocolate
Heat the oven to 350°F and line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the oil, milk, maple syrup, nut butter, salt, and cinnamon and mix everything together.
Next add the nuts, oats, seeds, and raisins to the wet ingredients and stir.
Spoon the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden
Let the pan cool, remove from the pan and cut into 12 bars.
Melt the chocolate and drizzle the chocolate over the oat bars.
