Tastier than Parmesan

Sometimes you just need some salty, umami, savory taste to sprinkle on your food. This stuff is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • Salt to taste

Method

Put everything into a food processor until it is ground up and combined together. Keeps in the fridge for a couple of weeks (but I doubt it will last that long).
