Vegan Caramel Sauce Recipe for Ice Cream Lovers

This makes enough to drizzle over 4 bowls of ice cream.

Ingredients
75g maple syrup
40g tahini
35g coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method
Melt all the ingredients in a saucepan on a low heat. Allow to cool then drizzle over vegan ice cream or on anything else where you want caramel sauce!
